1 comment:
This play is an adaptation of an Irish play called 'Aristocrats' by Brian Freil. The story has been given an Indian context; a landed aristocratic Awadhi nawabi family. The play is a bitter, sardonic take on how the aristocratic elite saw themselves gradually descent into plebeian conditions.
Those of you who're in Delhi, please come over and watch the play. :-)
Cheers
Danish
