Hi CJ. I don't know what to say to this post - it's a very upsetting one to see this pretty, smiling girl with those dates. Although I realise this must be something painful, would it be cruel of me to ask you to share the story?

ruk>>>not at all. she is a girl who died recently of cancer. she was on uk tv and in the press. having fought and fought against the ugly thing she eventually conceded with a dignity belying her years and made her own choice NOT to fight it any more. it touched me deeply as one of my own daughters is of a similar age and it just seems wrong somehow for a father, or mother, to see their offspring die before them.

What the hell Jesus, you've invited me here, and you inviting me here again. I had no idea you knew I am that spectacular.

I think that is the hardest thing, for parents to bury their children. Do you remember that part in The Two Towers when Theoden King tells Gandalf of his grief in losing his only son? From fantasy to reality, the world remains the same.

Just to imagine.....even God knows the pain of watching your child go first.... This is very touching and proves that a picture is worth 1000 Words.
